Downtown Walking Tour

Richard Ruddy and Diane Schaller worked, in partnership with the Albuquerque Historical Society, to develop a downtown walking tour.  HAI put together the information about Albuquerque's downtown area and significant buildings.  This information was then used to train guides who provided regular tours of the downtown area along Central Avenue between the railroad tracks and Eighth Street.  The Albuquerque Historical Society was responsible for coordinating and scheduling the regular tours.  Unfortunately, the tours were halted due to the condition of the downtown area along Central Avenue.
